Booking Policies

At Pretty Pain we aim to provide a professional and safe experience for every client. Please carefully review our policies before booking your appointment.

Ages 10-13: Lobes only. No third or fourth piercings.
Ages 14-15: Lobes, Helix, and Nostril. Single-point piercings only. No third or fourth piercings.
Ages 16-17: Navel, Nostril, and all Cartilage piercings (except industrial piercings).
Ages 18 and up: All piercings, including nipple and genital piercings. No more than 3 piercings per appointment, with additional piercings at the piercer's discretion.

If the client is a minor, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian who also provides a state-issued ID. If the last names or addresses of the minor and the guardian do not match, a birth certificate must be provided to prove legal guardianship (per Virginia DPOR regulations).
Only 1 guest is allowed in the procedure room.
The Minor Consent Form must be completed prior to arrival

Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. After your deposit is made, you will receive a confirmation via email or text.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. If you are 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment or 15 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment, you will need to reschedule with a new deposit. Exceptions may be made only if the piercer's schedule allows.
Intake Form: On the day of your appointment, you will receive an intake form. Please complete this before your appointment to make the process more efficient.
Identification Requirements: A state-issued ID is required for all piercings, except for first earlobe piercings. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, permit, passport, military ID, or state-issued ID card. School IDs will not be accepted.

Note: I do not perform any piercings that are not listed. Please do not book for services outside this list.

All appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, unless in the case of an emergency.
Same-day reschedules will require you to rebook a new appointment.
